This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed by ITIFFY CONSULTANTS LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customers may cancel their project within two (2) working days from the date of signing up for our services. 1.2 To initiate a cancellation request, customers must submit a written request via email to our official contact address. 1.3 Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will confirm the request and process it accordingly. 1.4 After the expiration of the two (2) working days cancellation window, no further cancellation requests will be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 If a cancellation request is made within the stipulated two (2) working days, the customer will be eligible for a refund. 2.2 Refunds will be issued after deducting all applicable payment gateway and transaction fees incurred during the initial payment processing. 2.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request. 2.4 After the two (2) working days cancellation period has lapsed, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
3. Exceptions
3.1 The refund and cancellation policy does not apply to any customized or specially tailored services that have already commenced. 3.2 No refunds shall be issued in cases where the customer has violated any of the terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities. 3.3 Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to our dispute resolution process as mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.
